Hosting checklist

Preparing your space

Space and seating. A clean floor area for hands-on practice, and a comfortable seat for every participant.
Work surface. A dining table is preferred. If you do not have one, the instructor will bring clipboards.
Tech and projection. A large, blank wall for videos. We bring the laptop, speakers, and projector.
Wi-Fi. Reliable internet. Please share the login with the instructor when they arrive.
Refreshments. Light snacks and drinks. Participants usually pack a meal unless you choose to provide one.
Safety. An adult present the whole time. Secure entry, a restroom, a working phone, and adequate lighting. Pets stay in a separate area.
