Mindful Beginnings Parent Workshop

Drawing on the latest research in the field, Mindful Beginnings founder Lindsay Karr will teach participants: 

  • how stress affects the brain
  • what mindfulness is and how it can reduce stress
  • how to be a more mindful parent
  • how to use mindfulness exercises with their children 

**Please note this is a two-week workshop; each session is an hour long:
